13+ years in information security — and counting. Wes works full-time in cybersecurity every day, protecting organizations from the threats they don't see coming. His day job includes penetration testing, red team operations, and security assessments for banks, credit unions, publicly traded companies, municipal utilities, county government systems, and everything in between. He's traveled to conduct on-site testing in over 25 states and internationally in Europe — from critical infrastructure and financial institutions to mid-market companies that just need to know where their weaknesses are.
HOA board veteran. Wes has served at multiple levels of HOA governance, including as board president. He knows firsthand how volunteer boards struggle with document management, compliance requirements, and technology decisions — because he's lived it. When WUCIOA passed with its sweeping transparency and document access requirements, he saw an opportunity to help boards like the ones he's served on.
